01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cashpk platform (accessible at cashpk.bio and any associated mobile interfaces), you ("the User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the cashpk platform. Continued use of cashpk following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
Important: These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and cashpk. You should print or save a copy of these Terms for your personal records.
cashpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via a notification on the platform or by email to the address registered to your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
02 Eligibility & Registration
To register and maintain an account on cashpk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. cashpk strictly prohibits underage gambling. CNIC verification is required before any real-money activity is permitted on the platform.
- Jurisdiction: You must be accessing cashpk from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gambling in your location before registering.
- Single Account: Each individual may hold only one cashpk account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same CNIC, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts.
- Own Identity: You must register using your own true and accurate personal details. Registering on behalf of another person, or using fictitious, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained identity documents, is strictly forbidden.
- Mental Capacity: You must be of sound mind and acting voluntarily. cashpk does not accept registrations from individuals acting under duress or who lack the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period on cashpk or any other regulated gaming platform.
🔞 21+ Policy: cashpk operates a strict 21-and-over policy. Any account found to belong to a user under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and deposited funds will be returned minus any bonuses already used. cashpk cooperates fully with regulatory authorities in cases of underage gambling.
By completing registration on cashpk, you confirm and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility criteria. cashpk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued identification — at any time and to suspend access pending verification.
03 Account Responsibilities
You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your cashpk account. This includes all bets placed, all transactions initiated, and all communications sent from your account regardless of whether you personally authorised them.
- Password Security: You must keep your cashpk login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
- Unauthorised Access: You must notify cashpk immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- Accurate Information: You must ensure that all personal information held on your cashpk account is accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate account details may result in delays in processing withdrawals or the suspension of account access.
- Device Security: You are responsible for the security of the device(s) from which you access cashpk. cashpk is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account via an unsecured or shared device.
- Account Non-Transferability: Your cashpk account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any other individual.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the cashpk platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). cashpk supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Crypto USDT.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 per transaction. cashpk does not charge a deposit fee; however, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own charges.
- Deposit Processing Time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your cashpk wallet within 60 seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to 2 hours during standard business hours.
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where otherwise agreed with the cashpk support team.
- Withdrawal Verification: cashpk reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure applicable to all players regardless of account standing.
- Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours in the majority of cases. cashpk targets a 30-minute processing window for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals during peak hours.
- Source of Funds: By depositing on cashpk, you confirm that all funds you deposit are from a legitimate source and that you are not using the cashpk platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity.
- Crypto USDT: Deposits and withdrawals via Crypto USDT are subject to blockchain network fees and confirmation times which are outside cashpk's control. Crypto transactions are final and irreversible once broadcast to the network.
cashpk holds all player funds in accounts segregated from operational business accounts. Your PKR balance is ring-fenced and protected. cashpk does not use player funds for any operational or business purpose.
05 Betting Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting activity on cashpk, including cricket markets, boxing markets, and all other sportsbook products. Product-specific rules — such as detailed cricket betting rules covering no-balls, rain interruptions, PSL match abandonments, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes — are published separately in the cashpk Help Centre and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
- Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until cashpk issues a bet confirmation number. In the event of a system error or communications failure, cashpk reserves the right to void unconfirmed bets.
- Odds Changes: In-play odds are subject to change continuously. A bet is accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment of confirmation — not at odds displayed before or after the confirmation timestamp.
- Maximum Stake: cashpk reserves the right to set maximum stake limits on individual markets, events, or accounts. Limits may be applied without prior notice in accordance with risk management procedures.
- Void Bets: cashpk may void a bet if it was placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error, if the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared, or if the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.
- Winnings: Winnings are credited to your cashpk wallet promptly following result confirmation. For live in-play markets, result confirmation may take up to 10 minutes following the conclusion of the relevant event.
- PSL and Cricket Markets: cashpk offers pre-match and in-play markets on all PSL seasons, Pakistan international T20s, ODIs, and Test matches, as well as selected domestic tournaments. Market availability is subject to broadcaster and data feed availability and may vary without notice.
06 Bonuses & Promotions
cashpk offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal cashback offers tied to events such as PSL, international cricket series, and boxing cards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered.
- One Bonus Per Player: Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including via multiple accounts — will result in all bonus funds being voided and the account being reviewed for fraud.
- Expiry: Bonus funds and free bet credits expire within the period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
- Eligible Markets: Not all betting markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates per market type are stated in individual promotion terms. As a general rule, live cricket markets contribute 100% and slot games contribute 100% unless otherwise stated.
- Abuse: cashpk reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus if it determines — at its sole discretion — that the bonus was obtained through abuse of promotional terms, collusion, or any form of fraudulent wagering behaviour.
Bonus terms vary per promotion and are published on the cashpk promotions page at the time each offer is active. Always read the specific promotion terms before opting in to any cashpk bonus.
07 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the cashpk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Opening or operating multiple cashpk accounts simultaneously or sequentially under the same identity, CNIC, device, or network address.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulently obtained identity information during registration or subsequent KYC verification.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or terrorism financing.
- Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent the cashpk betting engine, RNG systems, or odds-calculation algorithms through any technical or non-technical means.
- Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic wagering strategy that exploits bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, as determined by cashpk's risk team.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with cashpk features in a non-human manner.
- Colluding with other players or with cashpk Casino dealers in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
- Accessing the cashpk platform via a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographical or account-level restrictions.
- Threatening, abusing, or harassing cashpk staff, live chat agents, or other players on the platform.
Zero Tolerance: cashpk operates a zero-tolerance policy on fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. All suspicious activity is reported to the relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities. Player cooperation with investigation requests is a condition of continued account access.
08 Responsible Gaming
cashpk is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players in Pakistan and beyond. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable recreational activity. If it stops being enjoyable, cashpk provides a full suite of tools to help you stay in control — or to step away entirely.
- Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account dashboard at any time. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
- Session Time Reminders: cashpk allows you to set session duration alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified time.
- Cooling-Off Periods: You may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days via 24/7 live chat.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanent self-exclusion is available to any cashpk player at any time. Excluded players will have their accounts closed and will be removed from all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of identity verification.
- Reality Checks: Session pop-ups showing net wagering result and time spent are available and can be activated from account settings.

09 Intellectual Property
All content on the cashpk platform — including but not limited to the cashpk brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, betting interfaces, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of cashpk or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cashpk platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, or distribute any cashpk content without prior written permission.
- Use the cashpk brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial or promotional context without written authorisation.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any cashpk software, application, or platform component.
- Create derivative works based on cashpk content, design systems, or proprietary data structures.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cashpk and its directors, officers, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the cashpk platform.
- cashpk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or third-party network failures may result in temporary unavailability.
- cashpk is not liable for any financial loss resulting from a bet placed during a period of technical error, odds feed disruption, or results data inaccuracy, provided that cashpk takes reasonable steps to void affected bets where identifiable.
- cashpk is not responsible for any loss of funds arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account login credentials.
- cashpk's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits cashpk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11 Account Suspension & Closure
cashpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:
- You are found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms.
- cashpk has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct associated with your account.
- You fail to complete required identity verification within the timeframe specified by the cashpk compliance team.
- You are found to have provided false or misleading information at any point during your registration or account lifecycle.
- Applicable regulatory requirements compel cashpk to restrict access to certain account types or jurisdictions.
Where an account is closed by cashpk due to a Terms breach, any cashpk bonus funds held in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances derived from legitimate deposits — minus any amounts subject to active investigation — will be returned to the originating payment method following completion of any required KYC review.
12 Privacy & Data
cashpk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on cashpk, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
Your personal data — including CNIC details, contact information, transaction records, and gameplay history — may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and identity verification providers as necessary to operate the platform lawfully and securely. cashpk does not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.
13 Amendments to These Terms
cashpk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a cashpk player — we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a platform notification and/or an email to your registered address.
Non-material changes (such as clarifications of existing provisions, typographic corrections, or reorganisation of content without substantive change) may be made without prior notice and will take effect from the date of publication. The version number and effective date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.
If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using cashpk and request account closure via live chat before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under cashpk's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to account suspension, bet settlements, or payment processing — shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out below.
- Step 1 – Direct Resolution: Contact the cashpk support team via 24/7 live chat or at [email protected]. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within 48 hours.
- Step 2 – Formal Complaint: If your dispute is not resolved at Step 1, submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with full details of the issue. cashpk will provide a written response within 10 business days.
- Step 3 – Regulatory Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved following Steps 1 and 2, you may escalate the matter to cashpk's licensing regulatory body in accordance with the procedures published by that authority.
cashpk will not be bound by any court proceedings initiated in Pakistani domestic courts in relation to disputes that are subject to the regulatory dispute resolution framework described above, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
